My Story
I spent most of my childhood and early adult years growing up between Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. My father worked as a meatcutter for over 45 years and always brought home the best beef cuts for dinner, and of course jerky! My mother would make the jerky and eventually taught me her recipes. I graciously soaked up as much tips as I could and then ran with a passion for making jerky that isn't like anything else out there- unique flavors, small batch produced with love, pride, and passion. I hope you will taste that in every savory bite of Butcher's Son Jerky.
Unique flavors
Most commercially made jerky is too dry, lacking flavor, and there are only a few standard flavors to choose from. I continue to experiment with unique marinades to offer the biggest variety of tastes to suit your particular tastes! New flavors are constantly being introduced so be sure to check my menu regularly, or message me to see if there is anything new I have been testing out.
